muscular convulsions, pins and needles and headache

ok i am 23 years old male and have been suffering a number of symptoms for about half a year. The onset of symptoms appears to occurroughly every three days for about three days (this is very approximate). There appears to be three main symptoms; a strange discociative head sensation which feels hard? but when intense almost pain like. The second is muscle spasms normally in my forearms but sometimes also in my legs. Also recently i have had a pins and needle sensation in my hands and feet, accompanied by a pressure senation and a dull ache. The symptoms appear to be increasing in frequancy. I should also note that it is very possible that i have some form of prostate problem but am waiting for test results and further examination for confirmation. Also i used to take extacy frequantly and once took nitrous oxide could this be responsible?
