Feminine hormones can do things to the female body that only medical specialists can diagnose. Try to remember how it was with your before or after taken specific medication. If your GP did not take a sample of your blood for testing, it may be a good idea to have a blood test. Perhaps the doctor can instruct the clinical lab that measures your blood components to search for hormone levels. Of course, I think, but I do not know, that OB/GYNs automatically know which hormones need to be tested.
It appears from your descriptions that there may be a problem with your hearing. Cochlear is a two-piece mechanism in the inner ear that provides our hearing and balance. Nausea, dizziness are common when this mechanism malfunctions. A more puzzling symptom is vertigo that creates the sensation you or the room is spinning around your head. Only an Ear, Nose. Throat specialists have the skills to diagnose inner-ear problems. There are two or three other conditions with the inner ear that produce the same symptons. I would request your talking with your parents about visiting an ENT physician. If your hearing is OK, suspect a balance problem.
I failed a hearing test in my right ear and was sent to an ENT specialist for further analysis. An MRI was ordered, and it showed a tumor in my inner ear.
Good Luck.

Sounds about right for depression and anxiety meds for a teenager - especially if you are taking birth control pills. I'd get rid of the Birth Control first, and see if that helps - messing with a young woman's hormones is sure to cause some problems to begin with!
