neck head sholder feel out of balance.
For a long time i feel so weird. First of all i always feel kind of lightheaded weird feelings. At work or everytime. Most of all i feel if i walk or do anything like my body is irritable. Its like my right side body sholder neck and my head feel weird. Like im very out of balance lightheaded feeling. I feel also kind of weird fatigue feeling. If i walk or do things more i feel weird. Also my t shirt feel like its not straight or something. The right side i feel kind of off.

Y do i feel out if im out of balance. I feel suffer also like if i keep still lay down i feel my head beating. Have you looked into the possibility of chiari malformation. You should google it as well as post this in the chiari forum they have on med help. I do not know of your medical history only what you have said here. But if you have had an MRI of the full spine neck and even head, you can find images to compare with them online through google. It could be many things but you know yourself the best and will be able to compare the way you are feeling to the symptoms you research. Check it out as these symptoms you have listed sound pretty on track with Chiari or even something close to it. Best of luck, if it is chiari that is why the doctors are having a hard time figuring it out because many are not informed on this malformation. Stay in touch and let us know what you find out!
