pain on my right side!

hi i am 21 year old woman. i started having pain on my right side...about the middle of the ribcage, some of the pain is under the middle of the ribcage and some of it is like in my rib cage...i have been having symptoms like heartburn, neasua, and sometimes when i eat it gets worse..it feels the the kind of pain u get in your side when you ran way too much..but i havnt...i went to the er and they told me that on my left side i had a kidney stone and my right side i have an infection. they gave me antibiotics and the pain went away..and then a few weeks later it came back...i went to see a doctor and they gave me an ultrasound on my right side and they said my liver and gallbladder, kidney and pancrias came back fine! but they told me my blood cell count was just a little high. the pain is always there just sometimes it hurts bad and sometimes it doesnt hurt that much but its always there. the pain wraps around to my back on a little bit, like right behind my ribs not all the way to my back. im kind of scared and dont know what to think. i go back to the doctors in like 2 weeks...i just would like to know if anyone could help me out with what this problem may be? and what could be the cause of this problem...thanks

i made an opp. with my ob tomoro. so if it is my IUD i will know tomoro..but if it isnt, then im gana be confused. i just want this problem solved so im not hurting like this anymore. my pain is a little diff from yours. it doesnt start at my bellybutton or anything. when it first started it was just below my ribs/ somewhat inside my ribs on the lower part of them near your hip bone, even my hip bone hurts sometimes and gets sore along with my side.it feels like i pulled a muscle and ran too long, but i havnt worked out or done anything to cause this type of injury. i though for sure it was my gallbladder or somthing, but when it came back ok thats when i got kind of worried..because i still dont know what it is,how dangerous it can be or what is causing this, i even get really bad back spasms sometimes, what could be the problem u think? the only clue i have so far is that my blood cell account is a little bit high...which i think is due to infection...is there any thing else it could be dues to that symptom? do u think my cramping and private pain has anything to do with it? i would love is somone would comment ho has had the same problem and was diagnosed, so i can try to pin oint it down without having to have a million diff testes done. i want to get this solved and over with so i can get back to my life

thanks for your opinion. my doctor told me before i hd my ultrasound done that it could be my digestive system..he prescribed me pills that i take once a day for it. but so far it doesnt seem to really be helping with anything.when i take a deep breath in the pain gets sharper for that moment..when they said my blood cell count is a little high, im thinking its due to another infection possibly...and im just sondering how this infections got there and why is this happening? i also have been having bad lower abdominal cramping, worse than period cramping, and this may be tmi, but i have been getting stabbing/pinching pains inside my privates! it was hurting me to walk and sit down straight like i was making it worse, even when i coughed the pain got worse. that started happening a few days ago and it happend on and off. i do have the copper IUD and i havnt had it checked in a 1 1/2..so now im scared that maybe it jabbed inside my uterus and its causing all this pain and infection...im like really worried and im tired of hurting..i want to get back to my normal self...i have a house i need to take care of with 2 kids as well..im just wondering what he doctor will do next and why they are waiting so long for me to come back in

Exactly what I had! (amongst other things)

Here's the solution: stop eating gluten. In fact, stop gluten from making any contact with your immune system. You will unmistakeably notice improvements within days.

That would seriously mean no more ice cream, beer, salad dressings, cakes & cookies, lipstick, chapstick, licking envelopes, ketchup, bread, pasta, and many many other things. I had to cut dairy out too. Your body, being younger, may still be able to accept it tho.

... or you can choose to keep your immune system (which is your best friend) irritated for years and see what that leads to...

Sorry for the impoliteness - it was the shorthest way to explain your situation :)

this is wierd but i had that same exact pain in my right side a few weeks ago but i never went to the dr to find out what it was , my pain started like almost my bellybutton across and under my rib cage to my side and a little below my waistline, it really hurt when i pressed on it ,i dont know why but i thought about trapped gas so i went and bought some gas x and took it for about 2 days and the pain slowly disappeared  and i felt great . im almost sure that it was just trapped gas  and the gas pills took care of it, you should try that to see if it helps you , if it doesnt then go back to your doc because its prob in your intestines or somewhere in your digestive track. oh! and also i had alot of trouble with hiccups before i got the pain and the pit of my stomach hurt so im sure gas is what caused my pain, hope you feel better soon!
