From the tone of your message, it sounds like you are very upset by all of these difficulties that are occurring in your life all at the same time. College in itself is a stressful time without everything else that is happening to you.  I would recommend that you check to see if there's a school psychiatrist you could see to discuss these stressors initially and go from there with the bug issue. As psychiatrists also are medical doctors, if you need a special shampoo, they can prescribe it. However, sometimes these reactions can come from severe stress and anxiety.

This is called Morgellons disease.  Google it.

I am CONVINCED these are not insects,  and they don't jump around,  and others around you don't notice.  But the science is not in yet.

I'm certain this is a neurological/psychiatric disorder that causes the sensation of these bugs and also paranoia about people avoiding you,  but I could be wrong.  Certainly,  science says there are no actual bugs in patients with Morgellons.  It's only a neurological sensation of bugs.

I wish you well.  This horrible condition seems to be on the increase,  and despite science it seems impossible to convince sufferers that they don't have actual insects in their skin.

Please go see a doctor as soon as you can.  I have never heard of this, but it obviously needs to be taken care of right away.  Blessings - Blu
