pitting facial edema

I have pitting edema in my face (if I poke my cheeks with my finger, an indentation stays behind for a bit). It's worse on the left. My face isn't really puffed up like the moon or anything. I've always had chipmunk cheeks, and I'm overweight, so Idk, but they are pitting. I've googled and see that some potential causes are cellulitis, hypothyroidism, tooth abscess, allergies, trauma, infections, inflammation, I think lupus?, and cancer. I have had some recent dental issues (infection, teeth pulled, roots left too long after a tooth fell out). Has anyone had this? So weird. I mean, I guess I should assume it's from the dental stuff, but I just had another panoramic xray, and the dentist said everything was fine. I already took Augmentin plus 3 Rocephin shots in July. I had thyroid labs done in March that were fine, and a neck ultrasound and CT in June that showed one abnormal lymph node. So I'm a little weirded out.
