do you have a rash at all?...it could be related to the nervous system?...it sould be nerve endings have u had a pinched nerve or sciatica?. sometimes the nerve endings dont work properly?.. i have a friend who had shingles who had the same type of feelings on the skin then developed an odd rash...id c your gp
It sounds like the beginning of rls. I would recommend a vitamin called Valerian and see how that works.
