please help me... I am so worried about health issues am I actually sick?

where to start? for the past 3 years I have been having heart palpitations all due to the fact of a drug
2 cardiologists can't find anything wrong
when I went vegetarian 2 years ago I lost half of my hair and I'm not vegetarian for a year and a half and it's still falling out
I have internal shaking and I also loose circulation in my hands legs feet and arms. There are days when I am just sitting or doing something and I feel like I'm going to pass out.
Lastly, I have been having stomach troubles.

What is causing all of this it is interfering with my lifestyle and I don't have a doctor to go to...
anyone else feel this way?

My hair loss was from hypothyroidism. My internal tremors from three different conditions - hypothyroidism, magnesium deficiency, metabolic acidosis (kidney issues). Heart issues with magnesium deficiency, hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism. Numbness, tingling, permanent nerve damage due to vitamin B12 malabsorption. Also numbness/tingling with hyperthyroidism.
