preasure in my head

i have this pressure in side my head  , like my head is too big for my skull , the pressure is like a water being poured on u , it just makes me want to shake my head , and once i shake my head it goes away ...and BTW when that happens   all the voices around me suddenly seem as if they r coming from far far away ...
and sometimes  as i am walking or doing whatever i feel like am going to trip /stumble  and  fall on the ground ,or hit the wall and i panic and then wen am all conscious i realize there was nothing to trip me over or the wall or the object i was abt to hit is  actually very distant ......
what could be causing this .. it is stressing me out big time ... anything will do......this has been happening for years now .

Consult a doctor to rule out diabetes, hypothyroidism, benign intracranial hypertension, cervical spinal nerve compression and high blood pressure.
It can also be an anxiety and panic attack.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

Well, doctor says my BP is too high. I do have panic disorder, had this for years ...  Dr call today and say thyroid taken test of yesterday is normal ....

All I know at this point is something i Not right with me.  I feel so helpless .... Really scared actually.
I can relate to , "feel like I'm not going to make it every new night"

Have your doc check for carbon monoxide poisoning. get you a detector and put it in your house. @ sagaboy: God is Great and it is wonderful that he gave you peace in your time of need. We could all use a prayer if you don't mind.

Please go see a doctor. It may be an ear infection or something blocking the ear passage caused by your sinuses. When you have allergies to something your sinus cavities can become quite swollen and cause the symptoms you are describing. It could be something else that only a doctor may uncover for you.

@muss499= What I am going to say to you, please do not get upset,it might be strange to you.=  For 12 yrs I suffered with a pain on the right side of my face, it will come on 4-6 times a day for 2-3 months straight. then it will go away for 4-6 weeks, then without warning it hit, then I am in pain for months. The Doctors in Jacoby hospital in new york, examined me, as far as they are concerned I am in perfect health. No brain damaged. I keep praying for yrs, nothing. I was and still am a CHRISTIAN. one morning I went in Church started Praying during that time I started speaking in a different Language. which I  know was the HOLY SPIRIT taking charge, ( I don't know if you believe in the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD ) Anyhow that same night I felt the Pain coming on. I remembered what happened to me in Church that same morning, I opened my mouth and said ""GOD IF I HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT LIVING IN ME, I HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE HAVING THESE HEADACHES "   muss-  that was 14yrs ago, from that night that Pain never came back up to this very day, when I check the time that night it was 5minutes before midnight, I started a new day without Pain. I thank GOD every day for Deliverance= THANK YOU GOD= muss= When I got delivered I realize it was a spirit tormenting my head. = muss, like I said it might be hard for you to believe, But its true, it did happen. All I can do is Pray that GOD is going to Deliver you the same way he Delivered me. But it depends on you if you want anyone to pray for you.= muss, you hear voices, you're seeing things, like you are going to Stumble and Fall. its not natural, there is a Spirit tormenting your life, Which is no fault of yours. And its only GOD who has all Authority over the Spirits to cast them out. I will Pray on this side, hope you will get Delivered. GOD BLESS.
