You can confirm a pregnancy by taking a urine pregnancy test after you miss a period. Some very sensitive tests can pick up pregnancy even a day or two earlier from the next due date. Otherwise you can take a blood pregnancy test about 2-3 days prior to the next expected due date. Hope this helps. Take care!
