sharp pain in upper left back / middle

i have been having a pain in my upper back for about a month now. i have felt nausea in morings and dont feel like eating till the afternoon. these pains come and go whenever, for no reason.
i would just like to get someones opinion oradvice please!!!

take it easy,and callthe Doctor abd make an appointment,or go to emergency room,and go if apointment is to long.Or if problem remains or worsens before then.

The pains and other symptoms can be due to severe acidity, gastric reflux or due to pancreatitis. Please consult a doctor to rule this out.
Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food. See if this helps.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Get tests for pancreas like serum amylase and lipase. Take care!
