I agree, probably allergic rhinitis. Usually sinus infections include the usual pressure and headache. If you are having drainage down the back of your throat it could collect and cause you to cough and even have a sore throat. See your primary care provider. They will refer you if they think it is necessary but saddly I think we are going to have an awful allergy season this year!
You may be having allergic rhinitis and not sinus. The pain and pressure comes from infected mucous membranes. Allergy can cause a drip in the back of the throat and build mucous you cough up. See your GP
