snake like sensation going through my body

Hi everybody I'm here as a last resort trying to figure out what's wrong with me. I just recently felt this crawling or slithering sensation all over my body. to give you some background info i'm 18 years old, was a chronic smoker (marijuana mostly), and ive overall been always healthy my entire life. I know some of you may think its the pot but ive been pretty much been smoking daily for about 3 years now (not everyday but mostly everyday) and i never felt this feeling before. i would only get it right after i smoked, sort of like snakes or worms were crawling all over my body. a few times i saw a bump traveling on my chest and around my face but i thought it was because of the high. i would only feel small discomforts around my skin/head when i was sober

I have. Went to the emergency room and the doctor told me basically that I'm crazy. I still feel the crawling sensations all over the body without any drug use which was usually the trigger. I'm starting to get terrible headaches and sharp pains in my temple. Did you experience any of this? What test did you havre done? Did you have weird throbbing sensations on your head or scalp?

I would recommend going to a doctor. You may have a parasite or something that you can get from food or water, even if you haven't traveled anywhere.  I had a parasite when I was 18 and was very sick from it and lost weight very fast.  They had to hospitalize me for a few days, but I also had a simultaneous case of mono.  Either way, whatever it is, you should go to a clinic or ER if you do not have a family doctor.

nothing compared to the actual feeling. this freaked me out so bad i stopped smokingg for a while but then started smoking exotic weed hoping i would get a diff feeling. i still felt the same and came to the conclusion that maybe marijuana just wasnt for me. i went to the hospital and the doctor told me that it was probably my nerves or laced marijuana but its impossible because my friends would have felt the same thing. i havent smoked for about 3 weeks now but im still getting these crawling sensations through my scalp, back, pelvic area and legs. its also accompanied with nausea, sever headaches and itching. reason why its concering me its because im losing weight awfully fast, more than when i actually tried and worked out. Over the past month or two i lost more than 25 pounds and just last week i was 132 now im down to 127. i feel throbing sensations all over my stomach and head, especially when i lay down, so much to the point that i cant sleep at night. i havent traveled anywhere and im an active guy, still go to school, do sports, etc. i just want to know whats wrong with me..
