Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms could be a combination of any of these: anemia, acidity, gastric reflux, hypoglycemia, low vitamin B 12, and low blood pressure. I suggest you consult your gynecologist once and get tests to rule out these.
Also pregnancy itself could be the cause of nausea and this may be relieved to some extent by these measures: One is eat small frequent meals, of simple carbohydrates like unbuttered toast, plain rice, salt cracker, plain baked potatoes etc. Avoid oily and spicy food and heavy meals. Do not get up from sitting or lying down position fast. Early in the morning take a dry cracker or peppermint while in bed, slightly propped up. Get up slowly from the bed. Keep sipping lemonade or juice or herbal decaffeinated tea during the day. Take care!

I agree with both londres and rockrose... but one thing I want to add to that... DRINK WATER. It's amazing how much being dehydrated brings you down. Now that there's more than just you, 8 glasses a day isn't enough, and make sure it's pure water. And definitely call your OB, if it's after hours, call a nurse hotline, but listen to your instincts, if you feel like it's serious then go to the hospital.

I would recommend your OB/Gyn do a CBC lab panel, Iron lab panel, b vitamin lab panel and a CMP lab panel.

Are you taking pre-natal vitamins?

Sounds like B12 deficiency to me - which is common in pregnant women.  I'd call your OB.
