Don't laugh ok, when I was younger I used to have hard lumps in my tummy, when I went to the doctor he did an ultrasound and realised it was poop. Hard poop that was getting claggy and stuck. It was on the right nearish to my appendix. It caused me a bit of pain but no other symptoms.
Good luck
