okay well ive been in and out of the hospital and doctors for about 4 months now with really bad stomach pain, at first my doctor thought i was pregnant ,then he thought there was something wrong with my lungs, kidneys, bladder and heart so he checked them all and didnt find anything . after months of blood tests and IV`s he finally thinks its a stomach ulser in the lineing but i dont know, the pain is so bad it brings me to my knees and puts tears in my eyes if i try to eat, drink anything and if i do any physical acitvity, but other times ill be completely relaxed and it just shows up and im tired of it, i dont know wuts wrong and i dont know how to fix it, if any one has any suggestions it would be very helpful. please and thank you.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
This sever pain is either due to stomach ulcer and GERD or it is due to gall bladders tones or due to abdominal adhesions if you have a previous history of abdominal surgeries. Adhesions can only be diagnosed by laproscopy, The GERD will respond to antacids and Omeprazole. So take this and eat a healthy diet and see. It can also be IBS, Crohn’s or celiac disease or any other food sensitivity.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

STOMACH ULCERS CAN BE BLEEDING ULCERS WHICH ARE EXTREMELY PAINFUL, AT THE TIME OF MY DIAGNOSIS I COULD NOT HARDLY WALK,I WAS SO WEAK, I LOST 2 PINTS OF BLOOD WITH NO SIGNS OF IT BEING IN MY BOWELS. MY BACK HURT SO BAD AND I WAS THROWING UP CONSTANTLY. ASK FOR STOMACH MEDS SUCH AS NEXIUM, EAT A CLEAR LIQUID DIET FOR A FEW DAYS, THEN GO TO OATMEAL, IF THE PAIN CONTINUES, AND YOU ARE ON STOMACH MEDS AND IT IS UNBEARABLE I SUGGEST CONTINUING TREATMENT WITH YOUR DOC UNTIL THE MYSTERY IS RESOLVED.

I typed in gerd in the forum search button.  I then looked at the 'gerd' post.  Some suggestions can be found there.

I'd go with the stomach ulcer or with gerd.

I've had what I believe is gerd the past few days.  Last night in particular it was extremely painful and I got limited sleep.  I too have been getting pain when eating and drinking and activity has been bringing on the pain too.  I guess that is more when I am bending over.
If you're lying down to relax and experience pain then that would fit with acid reflux.

I put the pain down to the acid.

The doctor here has written about some of the treatments for gerd.  You might be able to find a previous post with those recommendations.
If your doctor thought you had an ulcer he should have taken some time to discuss possible diagnostic tests and treatment options.
