Try not to freak out it doesn't help and most of the time we are not right about getting the worst things we think we have. I know I have done it over and over. I think it is good to see another doctor. I hope they find out what it is. But, that it isn't anything too bad or hard to treat. Let me know how it goes ok?

I researched my symptoms more, and now I am convinced I have Giant Cell Arteritis. "Early symptoms of giant cell arteritis resemble the flu: fatigue, loss of appetite, and fever. Other symptoms include headaches, pain and tenderness over the temples,"
The thing is where I have this pain matches up to this system of arteries. I'm now freaking out. Seeing a doctor tomorrow.
It does sound viral then. You should clear it soon.Although, there are a lot of viruses this year that really hang on. Hope that is all it is.

No, no sore throat. Yes, slight fever. No pus in the throat. The doctor looked in my ears and saw nothing unusual.
It sounds like fluid on the ears. That is probably why they said to take an antihistamine. The ears can get fluid collected in them and cause pain. It takes a few days of the antihistamine to make it go away.Do you also have a sore throat and/or fever? Any pus in the throat?
you should consult infectious doctor because i think it is a viral rash
