sudden dizziness/fatigue/slight nausea/neck pain/dilated pupils

Hi, I was siting down to have dinner tonight when suddenly I felt very tired.... like can barely keep my eyes open tired, and slightly nauseas. I finished dinner then laid down and my neck started hurting, particularly at the base of my skull right near the forman magnum. Next I noticed my vision starting to blur and shadows got darker, making it hard to make out things not directly cast by light. I went into the bathroom and saw that my pupils were sightly dilated, and would only constrict when I looked up directly into the light.

I'm a little worried. What's happening to me? I'm afraid to sleep in this condition.

It would be wise to go to the ER and be evaluated. Sudden vision disturbances , nausea, and tiredness can be anything but need medical evaluation, not guesses from the internet.
