Well, you don't really have symptoms then except for the night sweats. You were tested fairly recently although you could have been exposed within a more recent time but since you have no other symptoms I doubt it. And yes you are right the BCG was the vaccine for TB.  Maybe the sweating is just a transient hormonal thing. You don't have any other symptoms at this point so it is hard to  determine what else it could be. If you had some other infection you would have a fever or other symptoms. If it gets worse or you develop any other symptoms I would see a doctor. You could get some hormonal tests done it becomes too bothersome. Do a complete blood count and some general blood chemistries. Keep an eye on your temperature.

Is the heat really high where you live? Sounds like you might have night sweats. Do you feel feverish, or ill at all? You just may be layering up too much. But if it''s not too hot while you are sleeping, you might want to have some blood work done to rule out infection.  Best wishes.

Do you have a fever of any kind and do you feel fatigued or have a cough? Some times TB can give you night sweats. You can get tested by a test called quaniferon gold.  So even if you had the BCG vaccine you could still get exposed to TB. The BCG isn't 100% it just helps some. You don't want to get the regular skin test if you had the BCG because it will give you a false positive. You can get a chest Xray but it will check only for active TB (which is mostly what you want right now since you have some types of symptoms) but it won't tell you if you have been exposed. It is a start though.

I also found that triggers of night sweats in men can be:
caffeine, spicy food, smoking, alcohol. Best to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Low testosterone can cause night sweats but this usually occurs in older men. But you never know. You can get it checked. Since it is happening only twice  a week I wonder if you are doing one of these activities twice a week like spicy food or drinking etc. on the days you have it. Something to think about. Maybe keep a food or drink diary.

thank you for your good info, regarding the fever , i dont think there is any fever, i aint got no chills and dont feel like any fever ... see i forgot to tell you that i have severe acid reflux which makes soar throat and fast heart beat ...

maybe this also can cause some sweating at night.

its like 3 days per week i wake up with some sweats around my neck and a little on my chest , the doc told me its nothing but u know i get worried sometimes

thank you for your concern and for being kind

You are welcome, glad to help. Hey, have you had your heart checked for an arrhythmia? I had trouble with caffeine and sugar and I have GERD as well. I was feeling my pulse skip a beat and felt kind of lousy. So I had my EKG done and it was normal. But they gave me a 24 hour monitor and it showed a arrhythmia. Mine happened to be benign but when I cut out caffeine and lowered sugar it helped a whole lot. They also did a Echocardiogram to see if there were structural problems and mine was normal. If you haven't had these done and you can get them done it would probably be good. I also take Zantac for my GERD. I was getting night sweats but I figure that is a woman thing. But I'm not 100% sure. So, maybe it is the GERD. But they said my heart was faster at night and also the arrhythmias were more often when I was sleeping. So I wonder if you have a similar problem or if your heart rate goes up more at night and that might cause you to sweat some days? Just a thought.
