Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Please consult a doctor immediately. You have either injured biceps tendon or suffered a fracture.
Apply ice, keep the arm on sling, take something for pain and swelling and consult a doctor immediately.
Take care!

Hi.. sudden exercising has led to stretching of your muscles which is why u feel the pain and swelling.. or it might be a muscle tear also if you didn't do it properly.. usually people going to gyms at the initial level do experience pain.. but slowly and slowly with regularity it shall come to normal..however if you again stop the exercising it shall ache.. i hope this is of some help.. try massaging your arm but mildly.. but if the problem persists do consult a doctor.. good luck..
