swollen finger and bites, should i see a doctor?

I woke up today with my pinky finger itching, swollen, red, warm, and hard to bend. I can see no visible bites and it started itching yesterday but didn't swell up until today. My middle finger on my other hand has what appears to be a bug bite on the tip and it was kinda like my pinky on the tip but mild.. My arm has a bite on it too and the skin around the bite is raised and it looks like it is hanging off my arm a bit. Are these bug bites? My parents thought it was spider bites and don't know whether to take me to the doctor or not which is why I am asking.

Given the symptoms, swelling and difficulty bending seeing an urgent care or primary is a good idea.
