A few weeks noticed the head of penis getting red and irritated, white discharge around penis foreskincracke. Uncircumsied. In lots of pain what recommendation to find relief? Thank you

it would be better to see a Urologist it could be a old infection that's been sitting in your urine or blood stream for years if you haven't caught it recently. if the infection is systemic not localized the only way to get rid of it permanently are broad-spectrum antibiotics (which can have some side-effects)

if you don't feel like going to the Doc. try a antibiotic cream called Fucidin you can buy it without a prescription. it works really well against bacteria. it doesn't kill them but stops their reproduction so you must use it for a few days consecutively.

I don't think it's mold but if it was vinegar or  bleach are the bane of molds.
even mouthwash could do.

Hi,sound very painful first off go into a clinic ASAP get tested for STD's.It sounds like a STD.The clinic will give you a antibiotic and some topical cream. If your not sexually active it could be a severe urine track infection again treated with a antibiotic.Last but not least, it might be a yeast infection, common on men that are uncircumcised.Good luck,don't ignore it,you need medical attention ASAP!
