can anyone explain this to me please n wat it means, is that a high
wbc:  11.6 10^9/L [4 - 11]

As Ken says, slightly high but not very much over normal. Here's a link:

Hi, the test report should give you the normal range, and yours says [4-11]. Yours is just a little bit high. It can easily be at 20 during an infection. No doc would be alarmed at that.

A high-ish WBC can sometimes be a sign of chronic systemic inflammation, without any infection.

The other part is only the units of measure--> 10^9/L
