unusual body sensation

Hi! just curious, lately ive been feeling like things crawl on my back, and by my groin... not a fast critter, but slow. I also have had headaches, diarhea, abdominal pain, burning skin and dehydration. Also ive ripped a red/brown/rusty bug off of me recently, literally had to pull hard, i immediately bled. Since then ive also had these strange white heads that resemble larva come out of my skin? Am i tripping or could something be wrong?

Sounds very much like the bug you were pulling off could have been a tic.  With it being red/brown/rusty, it obviously had its fill of your blood.

As some tics do can carry the bacteria that causes Lyme Disease, make an appointment and get checked out by your doctor.

It may be lava of some kind of bug that is coming out of your skin.  Or if you are squeezing, it may be white heads - these are like acne type spots.

Your doctor can take a swab of your skin to identify what this is and hopefully will treat you appropriately.

If the tic was a carrier of Lyme Disease you will need to start a treatment of a specific antibiotic, otherwise the disease can lie dormant and can flare up and cause problems for many years.

Le us know how you get on at the doctors.

That's definitely not something to ignore.  You may have some symptoms of Lyme disease (though I'm not sure about the "strange white heads" - could you be explaining a sort of rash?) You would likely have sort of a rash, possibly with a bulls-eye? Check out this website for symptoms ... http://www.lymediseaseassociation.org/images/NewDirectory/Resources/Printables/SymptomList_2013.pdf

... and see a doctor.  The brown bug could have been a tick which carry Lyme Disease ..and make sure they do some blood tests.  Best of luck!
