weird stretch looking marks, on middle of back?

just wondering if any one can help me, i have some weird sort of stretch marks on the middle of my back. i have not done any sort of infliction to my self .these marks: nothing like self infliction or weight issues. i am not under or over weight and i haven't gone from one to they other? these marks started of around just about 2 now i have multiple of them. there almost like ive been clawed by some one or something. just wondering if any one could give me  a heads up on what it could or is, or any sort of guide lines i need to follow to remove these marks?

Thanks For The Post, ive booked a doctors appointment anyway so i'll just see what they say, my parents think its something like 'bartonella' or something around that very common for mid teen boys. i'll most likely get subscribed some cream of some sort. thanks!.

Depending on your age, they could be stretch marks.  I know a friend's daughter and my nephew had them in mid to late teens.  They will most likely go away but you might want to buy some cream for it.  I don't remember what my nephew used but it was over the counter stuff.  He hid it but used it regularly for a while.
