You are doing the right combination of pranayam and that will help a lot. You can try Divya/Patanjali Ashwagandha to boost your energy level.

I hope you are doing anulom vilom for more than 20 minutes and kapalbhati for 30 minutes. Also do manukasan 5 to 9 times. Visit a Patanjali chikisalaya, and they will help you with some supplements.

ESR is low? who said it's low? what are the indicated limit values? it might be a different valuation system I cannot tell.

high ESR means there's an infection/inflammation. low ESR doesn't exist as I am aware of. it isn't directly connected with cancer, except for a few types maybe.

all together your situation needs to be investigated. I'm not a doctor of course and you can't manage it alone, who prescribed blood culture to you?

there are no doctors here... this isn't the experts forum.

you need to go to a specialist, Hematologist I think is who you need.

An isolated elevation of unconjugated bilirubin (elevated total bilirubin with normal direct bilirubin) is seen in Gilbert syndrome (most common), haemolysis and megaloblastic anaemia.  High levels of total and direct bilirubin are seen with hepatocellular disease or biliary disease.

Thanks dear _ will get back with the blood culture report. But though I am not from medical field - I have a query-
ESR value is less( 16) means that there is less probability of tumor or cancer?
Unconjugated Bilirubin is high & there is something called AST(11)/ALT(25) ratio which is coming around 0.44.Is this showing something in the liver?

Appreciate your comment-Again thanks for helping .

yeast is probably only a consequence of some other problem, to do with your immune system or the liver.

the lump itself is not a problem, probably a Lipoma. although in the wake of the other symptoms they are not a good sign at all.

I read that the lumps, infections, bowel and back problems, lack of appetite are all in the range of cancer symptoms.

This isn't the expert community forum, to forward a question to a Doctor you need to use the Medhelp health answers box on the right.

Your symptoms are important but too generic to easily diagnose.

take your tests to a Hematologist if you haven't been it could be a start.

Good luck!

The white coating on your tongue is a strong indicator of yeast.  Yeast can also cause problems all through the digestive system, and can even cause fatigue and trouble focusing.

There is a medicine called diflucan that is very helpful against yeast.  Also, a strict no sugar, low carb diet really helps.  Eat protein, vegetables, and little fruit (not on an empty stomach) with fiber such as apples or berries.  You will experience a couple of days of major sugar cravings, but within a week, you should feel better.

Also, a tongue scraper is very useful for removing the yeast overgrowth from the tongue.

I doubt yeast has anything to do with your shoulders, back, or the lumps you describe, but dealing with the yeast should relieve your gastro symptoms and discomfort.  I hope this is helpful!

I keep wondering what the lumps are that you have.  Whomever did the ultrasound, I don't understand why they didn't pick those up.  Perhaps a CT scan, looking for what those things are, and also looking at the stomach really good, plus the lungs again, would be in order for you.

I wonder if anyone has at least tried some antibiotics, on the off-chance you have a little bacteria floating around inside.  Speaking of meds, one time a drug I was taking totally wrecked my digestion, I had diarrhea half-dozen times daily for six months.  Talk about thinking I might die!  Turned out, since apparently no one else found anything, it was a medicine I was taking.  Took me a couple months to get off it, and bingo, the symptoms I had went away.

This is a patient-to-patient forum, by the way, so no docs here unless they pop in now and then.  There is an Ask The Doctor section of this website, tho.  But you may wish to simply try an internal medicine group of docs, just to get another set of eyes on it.  But your regular docs can order the CT scan.  You can try eating probiotics, which perhaps the yogurt you're eating has them in it, it'll say something like life bacteria cultures on the label, but Activia yogurt and Acidophilus milk have them in it.  Ginger tea soothes the tummy, as does gingerale.  Try to eat small meals, like a salad with tasty stuff in it, or a cheese omelet with mushrooms and onion, or a hearty soup, or oat cereal with blueberries and milk.  And always drink lots of water, shoot for a half-dozen glasses.
