I had Mri the report said L2-L3 minimal broad-based disc bulge and moderate facet hypertrophy ,L3-L4 mild concentric disc bulge and moderate facet hypertrophy and ligamentum flavum thickening, and L4-L5 mild concentric broad-bases disc bulge, slightly paracentral to left, there is moderat to severe facet hypertrophy and ligamentum flavum thickening. The doc said shouldnt have pain? Is this true? I have alot of back pain and muscle spasms. The doc order a Nerve Conduction Study/ EMG/NCV LE's this report showed Peroneal Nerve, Motor latency: RT 5.5 LT 5, Motor Amplitude RT 3 LT 6, Motor NCV anle/fib hd RT 46 LT 48, Motor NCV fib hd/knee RT 66 LT 57 F WAVE RT 48 LT 55
Tibial Nerve Motor latency RT 5.7 LT 4.4, Motor Amplitude RT 2 LT 8.5 Motor NCV ankle/popl RT 44 LT 48 and F Wave RT 60 LT 48. When the doc seen this report he said i had Polyneuropathy I dont understand what this is? Will a Rheumatologhist help will my lower back pain?
