Thank you for bein g interested in my questionThe patient was having also suprapubic tenderness
She refused to do urine culture and sensitivity and abdominai X ray so I gave her Quinolones and renal antiseptic preparation,
She didn,t come to the follow up visit.
What is your opinion about what I did?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Urinary tract infection, stones in the urinary system especially phosphate stones, kidney infection, and bladder infection. Also the possibility of an overactive parathyroid gland should be looked into. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
