what is up with this pressure?

I've had this pressure in my chest and neck since October. I've done all the cardio tests, thyroid test, barrium swallow test, took prilosec for 3 months and just had an endoscopy. Everything is normal. Now the docs want me to see an ear, nose throat doctor. I also feel like there is something in my stomach or pressure in my stomach along with pressure in my throat. I've read that one of the signs for Ovarian Cancer is a sense of feeling full. After reading that, I'm a little nervous. I do feel some abdominal cramping when my bladder is full. Could this all be related some how?

Hi
Thanks for the update!
Please read through my previous post and get those possibilities investigated. Also follow the tips and see if they help you.
Try yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise under a trained specialist.
You could also be suffering from a sleep disorder. A sleep specialist can help you out.
You appear to be very anxious, understandably so. However I would advice you to consult a psychiatrist too to help talk over your anxiety.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I have had a stress test, echocardiogram, heart monitor for 24 hours and the heart monitor that's like a pager and they all came out normal. I've also had an ultrasound on my gall bladder and they looked at the other organs as well and they are all normal. I feel like my throat is closing in on my but I can breathe fine. I also feel like there is something sitting in my esophogus and stomach and it won't come out. Sometimes I feel a spasm or a big pulse on the left side of my chest and I have trouble sleeping. I would wake up an hour after I have gone to sleep feeling like I forgot to breath then anxiety that last a few seconds. It would happen at least 3 times a night. It's very scary.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Sometimes omeprazole alone will not help. Along with it you can try over the counter antacids. Avoid heavy meals. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Go to bed at least 2 hours after food.
Another possibility is aortic aneurysm in the thoracic region. Gall bladder problems and liver function tests should be looked into.  Yes certain cancers can present this way especially if they cause metastasis to mediastinal lymph nodes. Do you have any other symptom.
