Hello~I have had something similar, you are deficient in Vitamin B. I would start taking a high-potency B complex (preferably one that has 100mg of each B) twice a day, also, add some brewers yeast to your diet. Both of these should help your issue and you should start feeling better in a few weeks or sooner. "Twin-labs" makes a very good one as does "Blue Bonnet" I have used them both.
