whats wrong with me?
i cant eat anything with out pukeing it backup, i have a major migraine, and im very dizzy. Whats wrong with me??

Migraine itself can make you dizzy and vomit. It can be a bad gastric reflux. Pinched cervical spinal nerve due to cervical spondylitis or wrong posture can also be a cause. It can also be due to an ear problem.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP to run tests and examination to clinch a diagnosis.
