I have IBS x2 & a CUTI im wondering if the pains anything to do with that? Im urinating properly, theres no pain and its normal for me.. and no, theres no way i can be pregnant as im careful any ideas?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you have IBS, it could be an aggravation of the symptoms.
Also it can be due to food poisoning. Drink plenty of fluids. Take lactobacillus and curd. Eat light. Take ORS. All this will take care of dizziness. In all probability things should settle down in a day or two. If symptoms persist consult your PCP.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
