The numbness in her hands can be from carpal tunnel sydrome. Especially if she does a not of repetitive work. Or from a trapped nerve in her neck. The doctor will be able to get her checked out for this.
Dizzyness and nausea can, like you know, be from a number of issues.
As this is happening once a month or every other month, keep a record of when this happens so that you can find out whay may be causing it.
For example, do you have a restaurant meal, or take-away meal. Is there anything else happening in her life once a month or so that can trigger stress and anxiety? It could be related to her mentstrual cycle, but you say it does not happen every month.
I would suggest she keeps a diary of the foods and drinks she consumes and also of anything that is happening in the day that may contribute to these feelings.
Dizzyness and nausea can also come from infections in the throat, ear and sinus infections, sometimes urinary infecations as well as from high blood pressure and low sugar levels.
The doctor would be able to check her blood pressure and her sugar levels and give you a correct diagnosis.
Best wishes.
Hi, since it's happening once a month, and includes dizziness, nausea and the pain, I'm thinking PMS.
The numbness, I don't know.
Check this list to see if she has any other symptom, though:
