Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
ALT and serum albumin are normal. Only bilirubin being raised can either be due to healing from viral hepatitis or due to a recently blocked bile duct by stone. Please discuss this with your son’s treating doctor and go for a CT scan or ultrasound of abdomen.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I'm sorry, I just now realized that your son is 14!  Wow, I'm not sure what could cause his eyes to be yellowish!  I hope you get your answer soon!  Good Luck

Is that the highest his billirubin has gone?  Usually once their bilirubin goes down, it still takes some time for their eyes to clear up.  My son had a high level of jaundice and it took him probably a good week or so for his eyes to clear up once his bilirubin started to go down.
