it's like burning itching in my uterus with frequent or less in drops urine

hey i'm worried about my health .. i'v got married 2 years before but no kids yet.. my periods are never on time like always gets late for about 3 to 5 days .. but not more than a month .  but this time i did not had my periods since 2 months almost.. i'v checked through a strip but it was a clear negative just 2 weeks ago. besides this i'm having problem with my body as i'm not feeling so well .. it's like burning itching in my uterus with frequent or less in drops urine ... today i just observed split urine stream .now a days i'm taking cranberry juice but nothing giving relief .. i have pain in my lower left  side and back and lower abdomen as well .. sometime i feel like i'm going to have my periods just away but nothing happens .. i feel pain in my left lower abdomen to left thigh sometimes on the right as well.. and when i put weight on my stomach it hurts as i'm pushing something that is inside .. i don't know what to do as i can't see a doctor right not cause of some issues.
