Then today my urine was a dark color almost tinted a pink shade. I cant tell if it wss blood or dehydration. I dont want to go to the doctors if theres nothing wrong but i want to be reassured. Most likely... I have had quite a few UTI's  to the point where I know what it is before I ever experience pain when urinating.  Here are the signs:
1. Retaining water
2. Puffy lower belly right above vagina
3. Pulling feeling on uterus and pulling feeling between the vagina and anus
4. Cramping like a period
After this if you do not get on antibiotics you will start having severe pain when urinating and urinating frequency but not passing much urine.   The urine will smell and be cloudy. Once you get on the anabiotic's it clears up pretty fast.
What you can do to prevent this from happening is to make sure to keep yourself clean,  especially if you are having sex, and make sure your partner is clean before sex. Always wipe from front to back, and when you can shower products don't put them inside your vagina while cleaning.  Are use a natural wash  that does not contain any chemicals down there :-) Also I frequently sleep without underwear to get air circulation down there, letting the va-jay-jay breathe if you will :-) hope this helps!
