Uti or something else?

I am a 24 yr old uncircumcised male. I had sex with a prostitute around two months ago. While having sex from the back(vaginal) the condom tore from the top and I had not realized it until I had pulled out ejaculating inside her in the process. The hooker said not to worry as she gets tested regularly.
After about 20 days after the incident I started having mild urine sensation and light penile pain after urinating( and not during urination). There was no discharge but only nightfall(early morning) which I assume to be normal.
Around 1 month after I had a STD panel blood test ( HIV 4th gen, chalmydia, syphilis,hsv1 and hsv2) and it all came back negative. At around 32nd day I had fever ( around 101f), throat pain and urine sensaation continuing from before. I went to gp and he said it's a mild UTI and put me on prufloxacin 600mg antibiotic for 3 days and did a urine routine and culture and both showed nothing. Fever and sore throat healed up within 3 days and urine sensation also improved and penile pain went away.
At 6 weeks as I was fearing HIV serioconversion I had another HIV 4th gen(p24 antigen and antibody combo) which came back negative. After 12-13 days urine sensation and irritation persisted even after taking home remedies so went to a urologist and discussed my sexual encounter. He did a urine analysis which showed 3-4 pus cells( rest all normal) and also did PSA blood test which was normal. he checked my penis which was a little reddish near glans but no irritation and he said it's posthtitis. He put me on 8 days course of prulifloaxin 600 mg after which I felt relived to a high extent but now also I am having mild tingling sensation and mild irritation of urethra inside the penis near the tip while sitting which I feel towards the evening, at morning I feel
completely normal.
I have finished my antibiotics course just yesterday. I am also applying anti bacterial cream on penis.

My question is what should be my course of action now?? What is this tingling sensation and irritation that gets prominent during evening? The urologist had ruled out possibility of gonhorrea beforehand so I didn't get tested for it.should I get checked for it??
Also at what time is the HIV 4th gen( p24 and antibody combo) conclusive. what about risk of other stis...please do help...I am highly anxious and depressed...
