Lump - about 2inch inside vagina

Hi I have read your other question but it isn't the same.

My husband found a lump inside me about the size of a marble that is not under the skin, its on my right , his left when he is facing me.It feels like there is a longer slimmer thing above it but attched to the top of the marble shaped lump. At first i though it might be my cervics but it hasn't moved for 2 weeks and neither him nor I have felt anything like it before.

Other concerns may be related - Period due 9 may hasn't arrived, sore breasts, bloated stomach, some abdominal discomfort nothing at all severe enough for pain relief. Negative pregnancy test today 12 may. Have got PCOS but had no cysts on last scan and have never felt this even when I do have cysts.

I really hope that you can help

You might be describing a diverticulum attached to your urethra. THe "long thing" may be the urethra, and the "marble" may be the diverticulum, which is a pocked along the urethra, which can sometimes get filled with urine or pus. It is not normal and is usually treated by excising it surgically.  ALternatively, if it is in the labia itself, it may be something called a "Bartholins Gland" that is enlarged. THis too can also be treated surgically.  Get an evaluation from a gynecologist, who should be able to identify this.
