My vaginal secretions suddenly changed, and I have itchy labia

Hi!

I’m Mary. A few days ago my underwear had a lot of white crusty discharge that smelled entirely new to me. I’m 35, and monogamous. The odor is the most concerning, it’s very sour like vinegar.  Any ideas?

You should see your gynecologist to rule out yeast infection and/or bacterial vaginosis.
