PLEASE READ AND HELP!!! PLEASE

Hello, I am a 22 year old female and I am proned to having uti's but about 3-4 months ago...I experienced slight itching and what felt like symptoms of a bladder infection.  I went to my gynocologist who checked for STDS and did a vaginal culture and urine culture and everything came back negative and ok.  So my doctor tried 3 different antibiotics treating it as a UTI...but they pain was still there and still is today.  It never really burns WHILE I pee...but right after and then I have the urgency to pee with the burn just like a UTI...sometimes its not as bad as others but it is usually always there.  I went to a urologoist who checked me kidney stones and did a cystiscope for Interstitial Cytisis...she said she seen no signs of IC and gave me an arthritis medicine that she gives to other IC patients to help with imflammation..it did not help.  Ive also taken the medicine the turns urine orange which usually helps when I have a UTI but nothing I have taken helps...not even muscle relaxers.  Ive been drinking nothing but water and that doesn't seem to help anything.  Also, in these past 4 months I have revisited my gyno and had recheck for stds and everything else and each time everything comes back negative 3 or 4 times.  Sometimes I still have a slight itching...(which may have nothing to do with the other thing)..but I am completely at my wits ends.  It is starting to get depressing...Ive also been to a very good herbalist and have taken different herbs that are for the urinary tract and different things going on over a month and that hasnt helped yet.  If anyone could please help Id greatly appreciate it...I know there has to be an answer out there somewhere! Thank you so much!

I went to a second urologist today who checked for different stuff and trigger points which all came back fine.  He did a pelvic exam and I asked him about the vulvadynia and he said it would hurt extremely bad when he did the exam or when I have sexual intercourse..which it did not.  My question is he is wanting to do another surgery to look for himself for IC..but my other urologist that I went to the first time already did that and seen no signs of cracking or bleeding..also some things that I have don't add up with IC..for example when I go pee it doesnt relieve me..it actually hurts worse after I pee.  Should I go ahead and do another surgery when I just had the same thing done two months ago?

Sorry to read of your problem.  From you description, it appears you have burning around the urethral opening at the time of urination and on occasion without urination.  Your cultures have been negative so an infection is not likely.  Other possible causes are food allergies, even bottle water, ( look at IC diets), contact dermatitis, (soaps, detergents, fabric softeners, panty shields), or a condition called Vulvadynia.  This condition is a chronic one that the cause is unknown.  It is often treated with topical steroids.  I would suggest you look for a doctor in your area that treats this condition and be evaluated.
