Prolonged use of mineral oil
I have been drinking a tablespoon or two of mineral oil every evening at bedtime for more than two years due to the difficulty I have moving my bowels due to a rectocele. Is there a bad side effect with using mineral oil for years?

I have been takeing it for 40 year's , no problems, could not live with out it.
