don't know what to do

I am 37. I have been wetting the bed for the past 3 or4 nights. I am fine all day. Can hold it for a long time if I need to. I was drinking about a 12 pack of mtn. dew a day. but recently I have started limiting myself to 1 maybe 2 a day. The rest of the time I drink tea and water. I am on Soma for pain
from a car accident, my dr is trying to get me of them and trying me on valium. I only take a half of valium in the a.m.  and a half in the early evening. If I still have pain that I can't stand I will take a soma. I guess my question is could it be that valium or taking both is doing this to me?
I was on the soma only for 6 mos. And this didn't happen. There was one night when I took only the valium and this didn't happen.

12 pack if mountain dew is caffeine central. 144 oz daily of caffeinated fluid (assuming 12 oz cans) will cause you to urinate lots. You may be on sleep medication which is probably diminishing your sensation of fullness at night.  Restrict nighttime fluids, set your clock to get you up 2 times per night, and keep total fluid intake to 60 ounces per day and see if that helps your symptoms. ALso cut way down on the caffeine...
