interpretation pap smear results

My wife received the following result regarding her pap smear test:

Cytology ............................. NILM

Endocervical cell ................Present
Doderlein bacilli...................Present
Doderlein cytosis.................Present
Leucocytes..........................++
Red cells.............................+
Histiocytes..........................+
Proliferation........................3-4

The only term that I understand it's meaning is NILM which means negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy.

While the rest of terms are so difficult and confused when I trying to google them.

Any response regarding the interpretation of these result would be highly appreciated.
