vaginal pain when urinating

I recently went on vacation that involved a lot of swimming and I got a yeast infection that went away a few days ago.  Yesterday I started a period and the bleeding was very light which is unusual for the way my periods start.  ( also I always have frequent periods-every 2-3 weeks )

Anyway my problem today is that everytime I pee I have bad pain in/around the clitoris area.  And I don't know if this is related or not but I'm also having sciatic nerve pain down to my feet and a dull pain in my lower back.

If you could give me any answers I'd truly appreciate it.

If you have sciatic nerve pain, there may be some muscle/nerve issues going on that can cause the same symptoms as a uti.    A physical therapist that deals with pelvic pain should be able to help rule this out or help develop a treatment plan.

Sounds like a UTI - which can be treated by antibiotics, I would go to your GP before it gets worse.  If no infection shows up, might be IC.

entertain the possibility of a bladder infection. Get a urine culture to see if this is present. If negative, get an evaluation by a gynecologist who can look closely at the area to see if there are any cuts that may explain your symptoms.
