Help needed trying to understand this

Can anyone help me understand this? I don't have an appointment until next week and by googling al of this its just making me more and more crazier.

There is a t2 hyperintense lesion right lower pole renal lesion which also demonstrates t1 hyperintensity on non fatsaturated t1 weighted images wihout appreciable internal enhancment mesuring up to 10 mm.

In and out phase images demonstrate mild fatty infiltration of liver. There is a region of disproportinote signal loss on out phase imaging adjacent to the falciform anteriorly mesuring 1.5 cm compatibale with  fatty infiltration. Post contrast images discole relative hypoenhancement in this region likely reflecting a vascular phenonimon.

I wish I had an appoitment sonner but he is on vacation. And I happen to look pn my patient portal and saw this. Does anyone have any idea what any of this means?
