During October '2015 my PSA level was 10.92.On visit to Urologist Digital Rectal Examination was performed and diagnosed as benign feelings.Doctor thereafter prescribed medicine SILODAL 8mg O/D and advised revisit after 15 days with the test report for USG,UROFLOW METRY, Total PSA and free PSA .I revisited the Doctor on18 th December, 2015 alongwith the test report which are as under:-
USG:

Urinary Bladder- Wall thickness normal.Luminal echoes normal.No calculi.post void residue- significant(150cc)
Prostrate-measures 4.7x5.8x5.0cm=73cc.Enlarged in size with heterogenous texture.
UROFLOWMETRY

FREE PSA= 1.73 ng/ml
PSA = 10.47ng/ml
FREE PSA/TOTAL PSA= 0.165
On going through the report,the
doctor advised further test for TRUS.
I underwent TRUS on 28.12.2015 and the report is as under-
Prostrate Gland

asymmetrical enlargement of central zones with left being bigger than right. Peripheral zones appear to be normal. No focal lesion seen. Mild prostatic region shows a small cyst- 0.8x0.7cm in size-suggesting prostatic Utricle cyst. Prostrate measures 5.4x3.8cm.
Seminal Vesicles

Both seminal vesicles appear to be enlarged with heterogenous echopatter..Small cystic changes are noted in both.
Vas defrens
-----------------
Both vas deferens appear to be normal limits.
Kindly advise if any possibility of Prostate cancer indicates from the above report.
