Joey, I agree with ilikecows13's comment. Most testicular cancers are hard and painless, but any new lump should be checked out by a doctor.
Joey, you really need to go get this looked at if you haven't yet. My husband had testicular cancer. The chances are not great that it is cancer, but it still is worth getting looked into. Fortunately, testicular cancer is really easy to diagnose as there are only a few things that lumps on the testicles can be attributed to. Go get checked out and good luck!
