Enlarged/Torn Urethral Meatus – Penis Pain
About (8) weeks ago I had protected vaginal intercourse with a stranger. She briefly rubbed the tip of my penis against her vagina once before a condom was put on. Intercourse consisted of a sharp pain during thrusts (my bladder was also full). I believe the pain was due to the condom forcing my foreskin down and had not settled correctly. The thrusting and sex lasted for about 10 minutes with intermittent pain and pleasure. We stopped the intercourse when the pain was too much. I did not ejaculate, and urinated a half hour later.
I felt pain and noticed a change in my penis (3) days after intercourse. My meatus is swollen and has an appearance of puffy "lips" on either side of the new extended opening. The meatus opening itself is longer (toward the frenulum) and the lips are extremely sensitive and painful to the touch. It's as if my meatus was ripped down toward the frenulum and the opening was torn, lengthening the opening with new lips on the side. My frenulum looks intact.
I went to my GP (5) days after the sexual encounter who did a urinalysis which came back negative for a bacterial infection, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. I received two doses of 150mg Fluconazole for a fungal infection with no impact. I have no spots, sores, or bumps. There have been no changes or signs of healing. I'm waiting for a urology appointment.
My symptoms:
- Foreskin no longer covers tip of penis glans when flaccid or erect (retracts automatically)
- Pain and irritation on penis tip due to exposed meatus lips
- Constant burning and stinging pain on tip of penis (hard to sit for long periods)
- Scrotum is reddish, feels sticky and clings to inner thighs
There is NO pain during urination or ejaculation. I also do not feel any pain when the penis is erect, when I'm engaged in sports (hockey, working out) or when I am showering.
I'm afraid that I tore my urethra or meatus open and damaged the glans and foreskin. My penis is different now and I am feeling constant pain on the tip.
