24/7 incontinence after Monarc Sling

My incontinence started in 11/2014. In March 2015 I had a Monarc sling surgery. It didn't work from the start. The doctor who performed the surgery said to give it time. After almost a year of "giving it time" he was then telling me it was a vaginal discharge. I then decided to go to a Urologist. After several visits with him he sent me to a uro-gynecologist. All the time my problem is getting worse. It is not just when I laugh, cough, sneeze etc. it it ALL the time, like a leaky faucet. the Urogynecologist told me I wasn't wearing "diapers" and therefore not bad enough for her to see me. I then changed gynecologist and the new one suggested Pelvic Therapy. That did not work, then she suggested the Apex M. I've been using that for 3 months and the problem is much much worse. I continue doing this as I hope that it will maybe work! I am at my wits end. There must be someone that can fix my leaky faucet. I am burning from leaking and it's getting worse. Did the Apex M move something? Should I try a different urogynecologist. Where do I turn next?
