27 years of hell due to urologic problem

i need a urologist to save my life,i cannot live like that anymore...
since 27 years i didnt slept because of this
i got 3 urologic problems in 1
i saw many urologists and tried all medications
description of my hell; a men in general feels the need to pee when theres 90ml of urine in the bladder(signal to brain i got to go pee) me with 5ml only i receive the signal and its not a fake one..

second problem;usuall in a person normal the urin stay in the bladder if theres just a littl quantity ready,me some urine goes directly to my penis even if theres only 2ml ready and waiting to exit..

third:my bladder doesnt empty completely,never

fourth;every night i have to get up pee 10 times per night,some nights i can get up 4 times but thats means i slep with feel need to pee all night,each hours and every minutes of my sleeping(light sleeping) because you cannot reach deep sleep when you have to peel all night
im exhausted i didnt slept since 27 years,i want to die,i cannot stand that problem anymore ,im 52 now before i was 25yo everything was ok

Boy, you have been through it with this, huh? Please talk to someone to address your emotional state. Things CAN always get better. What tests have you had and what do the urologists say? That info is missing. We hear your symptoms but what is the testing that has been done and results? What about other issues like heart health? Do you have any genetic issues in your family?
